If you see the following error:
We’re sorry, but we could not update your profile with the information you provided. Please re-enter your details and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 3).
This means we are having problems updating your profile because we cannot find your account. Ensure you are using the same email you signed up with. Check your email for confirmation that your account was created.
