I am getting 'Error Code 14'

If you see the following error:

Sorry, we could not find your email (or password) in our system. Please re-enter your email and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 14).

It means you’ve entered an invalid email or password.

Forgotten your username or password? Your Disney+ account confirmation email contains your account login details. (You would have received this email at the time you signed up for Disney+.)
