I've got access to Disney+ via Movistar, but I get an error when redeeming my subscription?

If you are receiving an error after trying to redeem your code, or you are redirected to a page where you are being asked to enter billing details, please try the following steps:

  1. Navigate directly to https://www.disneyplus.com/account
  2. Click LOG IN and Enter your email and password (if directed to do so)
  3. On your account screen, it should display that your Movistar offer has been redeemed
  4. You are all set. Enjoy Streaming!
