I am getting 'Error Code 34'

If you see the following error:

We’re sorry, but you’ve reached the maximum number of profiles for your account. To create a new profile, you must first remove an older one (Error Code 34).

This means that you cannot create any more profiles as you have reached 7 total profiles, or the maximum allowed. If you want to create a new profile, you will need to delete an existing profile first.

How to Delete a Profile:

  1. Once logged in, go to your Profile area:
    • On a Connected TV, click on your profile icon on the top left
    • On a Mobile Device, click your profile icon at the bottom right.
    • On a Web Browser on your computer or laptop, click on your profile icon on the top right
  1. Select Edit Profile
  2. Select Delete Profile at the bottom of the screen. The main account holder profile cannot be deleted.
