If you see the following error:
Sorry, we could not connect you to Disney+ using the passcode you supplied. Please re-enter your passcode and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 21).
This means the passcode you have provided is either incorrect or has expired. Passcodes expire after 15 minutes. Try resetting your password again from the login screen to receive a new passcode.
If you have re-entered your passcode correctly within the 15-minute period, and still cannot connect, please contact Customer Service at one of the channels below for assistance.
