I am getting 'Error Code 30'

If you see the following error:

Sorry, we could not link your device to your subscription. Please re-enter your account information and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 30).


It means there’s a problem adding a new device to your account. Please try logging in to your account again. If this issue continues to occur, please contact customer support.
