How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

  1. On the Disney+ welcome page, select LOG IN
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Select CONTINUE
  5. Check your email
    • You’ll receive a 6-digit passcode code
      • It may take up to 15 min.
      • If you do not receive a code, check your spam folder.
      • If it’s not there, select RESEND to send the code again.
      • If you still have issues, please contact Customer Service.
      • You can reach us via chat, phone, or social media.
      • Enter your 6-digit verification code
  6. Enter new password
  7. Select CONTINUE


Note: The Walt Disney Company uses a unified registration system, which means you have a single Disney account (associated with an individual email address) across several Disney digital products and experiences. Read more about this here.

Once you enter the one time passcode and verify your Disney+ credentials, your account sign-in details will be updated for all products and experiences from The Walt Disney Company that use your Disney account.
