We're sorry, but the email you supplied is already in use. Please use another email so we can connect you to Disney+. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 19).
It means the email you’re trying to use is already in use by an existing registered account. Each Disney+ account requires a different email. Please try again with a new email or log in to your existing account with the same credentials. If you are unsure of your password, click here to find the steps to reset it.
