I am getting 'Error Code 1017'

If you see the following error:

We are having a problem. Please exit the app and try again.

This means that you need to restart the hardware you are using, so that it will work with Disney+. Here are the solution steps:

1. Unplug your device for 30 seconds so it is completely powered down
2. Plug your device back in and wait for it to fully restart
3. Sign in to Disney+ and try again
