If you see the following error:
We're sorry, but we could not verify your account with the information you provided. Please re-enter your account details and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help (Error Code 33).
It means we couldn’t connect to your account while you were trying to play a video. You’ll need to log in again to continue to use Disney+.
