I am getting 'Error Code 40'

If you see the following error:

We’re sorry, but we cannot play the video you requested. Please try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 40).

It means the video you’re trying to watch can’t be played at this time. This may be the result of a general error or a rights issue.  Please try again and if this problem continues, please contact Customer Service at one of the channels below for assistance.
