If you see the following error:
Disney+ is available to stream and download on up to 10 devices. Unfortunately, it looks like you have exceeded your limit. If you think you are seeing this message in error, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 13).
This means you have exceeded the 10-device limit for downloads for your Disney+ account. If you are trying to add downloads to a new device, you will need to remove downloads from a previously loaded device first. Please see this article to learn how to delete downloads.
