I am getting 'Error Code 2'

 If you see the following error:

Sorry, we are having trouble creating your account. Please re-enter your account information and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Center. (Error Code 2).


It means we’re having problems finding or updating your account. Please make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with. You may want to look for your Disney+ confirmation email to confirm your account was created.
