I am getting 'Error Code 87'

If you see the following error:

We're sorry, but we could not find your user profile. Please try signing out and then sign in again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 87).

It means there was a problem finding your user profile when you logged in. This could be an internal Disney+ error or your profile has been deleted.

Please log out of Disney+ completely and try to log in again.

Forgotten your username or password? Your Disney+ account confirmation email contains your account login details. (You would have received this email at the time you signed up for Disney+.)

It means the password you provided doesn’t match what we have on file or it doesn’t meet our password criteria.
