I am getting 'Error Code 72'

If you see the following error:

We're sorry, but we could not find your user profile. Please try signing out and then sign in again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 72).


It means we had a problem with your account. Please log out of Disney+ completely. Then, log in again.
