How do I manage my subscription through Google, Apple or other third-parties?

We're happy to help our Google, Apple and other third-party customers. However, billing is managed directly by those app stores. Disney+ does not have the ability to make changes to those subscriptions.

For instructions on accessing your account, please select your device:
iPhone or iPad

Phone or iPad

  1. Go to the Settings app on your device
  2. Click on [your name] at the top, followed by iTunes & App Store
  3. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID when it pops up. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID.
  4. Scroll down and tap Subscriptions
  5. Tap your Disney+ subscription to manage
  6. Use the options to manage your Disney+ subscription


Google Play

  1. Go to Google Play using a web browser
  2. On the left, click My Subscriptions
  3. Choose Disney+ subscription and select Manage.
  4. Use the options to manage your Disney+ subscription

  2. Sign in to your Amazon account.
  3. Find your Disney+ subscription and select Actions
  4. Use the options provided to manage your Disney+ subscription
