You can change the email address associated with your Disney+ account on any device:
Web Browser
Mobile Device
Apple TV
PlayStation/Xbox
Web Browser
- Using the web browser on your computer, mobile device, compatible connected TV, or PS4 or Xbox One device, go to www.disneyplus.com
- Log in
- Hover over your Profile in the top-right corner
- Click Account
- Click Change Email
- Enter your new email
- Enter your current password
- Once completed, click Save
You will receive an email confirming the change.
Mobile Device via App
- On your mobile device, open the Disney+ App
- Log in
- Tap your profile icon on the bottom navigation bar
- Tap Account
- Tap Change Email
- Enter your new email
- Enter your current password
- Once completed, tap Save
You will receive an email confirming the change.
Apple TV
- On your Apple TV, open the Disney+ App
- Log in
- Select the Settings icon from the left-hand navigation bar
- Select Account
- Select Change Email
- Enter your new email
- Enter your current password
- Once completed, select Save
You will receive an email confirming the change.
PlayStation/Xbox
- On your PlayStation or Xbox, open the Disney+ App
- Log in
- Select the Settings icon from the left-hand navigation bar
- Select Account
- Select Change Email
- Enter your new email
