If you see the following error:
We’re sorry, but we cannot sync the video you requested to your time settings. Double check the time settings on your clock and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 38).
This means we are having problems playing the video due to your system time settings. Please verify that your internal clock settings are correct and aligned to current world clock time. Then try to play the video again.
