I am getting 'Error Code 14'

If you see the following error:

Sorry, we could not find your email (or password) in our system. Please re-enter your email and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 14).

This means you have entered an invalid email or password. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it here. To find the email you signed up with, look for your confirmation email from Disney+.
