I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the following steps:

  1. Select Log In on the Welcome screen
  2. On the Log In page, enter the email address you used to sign up to the account
  3. Click Continue
  4. Click Forgot Password?
  5. Check your email inbox, where you will receive a 6-digit verification code
  6. Enter this code on the device
  7. You will then be prompted to create a new password
  8. Enter new password
  9. Tap Continue
