How do I change my password?

The Walt Disney Company uses a unified user registration system across its digital products and experiences, which allows us to provide consumers with greater simplicity, security and personalization.

Your registration credentials will be the same for all services that use your Disney registration profile.

Anytime you change the password you use for a Disney service, it is changed across the other Disney services or experiences that require you to log in to your Disney account.

Web Browser

  1. In your web browser, go to www.disneyplus.com
  2. Hover to your profile on the right corner
  3. Click Account
  4. Click Change Password
  5. Enter your current password
  6. Enter your new password
  7. Once completed, click Save

 

You’ll receive an email confirming the change.

 

Mobile Device (iOS/Android)

  1. On a mobile device, open the Disney+ App
  2. Log in
  3. Tap your profile icon at the bottom navigation bar
  4. Tap Account
  5. Tap Change Password
  6. Enter your current password
  7. Enter your new password
  8. Once completed, tap Save

 

You’ll receive an email confirming the change.

 

Streaming Devices

  1. On your Apple TV, PlayStation , and Xbox, please follow these steps
  2. On your device, open the Disney+ App
  3. Log in
  4. Select the Settings icon from the left-hand navigation bar
  5. Select Account
  6. Select Change Password
  7. Enter your current password
  8. Enter your new password
  9. Once completed, select Save
