I've received my activation email/SMS from StarHub, but the link isn't working
If you are receiving an error after trying to activate your Disney+ subscription, or you are redirected to a page where you are being asked to enter billing details, please try the following steps:
- Navigate directly to https://www.disneyplus.com/account
- Enter your email and password (if directed to do so)
- On your account screen, it should display that your StarHub offer has been activated, under your subscription type.
