I've received my activation email/SMS from StarHub, but the link isn't working

If you are receiving an error after trying to activate your Disney+ subscription, or you are redirected to a page where you are being asked to enter billing details, please try the following steps:

  1. Navigate directly to https://www.disneyplus.com/account
  2. Enter your email and password (if directed to do so)
  3. On your account screen, it should display that your StarHub offer has been activated, under your subscription type.
