Why am I being asked to enter a code when I log in?

The Walt Disney Company uses a unified registration system, which means you have a single Disney account (associated with an individual email address) across several Disney digital products and experiences.

You may be asked to verify your account details, because the password you entered for Disney+ is not the same as the password you previously used for your Walt Disney Company account.

Once you enter your passcode code—that you receive via email—and verify your Disney account, your password for Disney+ and all other products and services using the Disney account will be updated.
