We’re sorry, but the email you supplied is already in use. Please use another email so we can connect you to Disney+. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 19).
This means the email you are trying to use is already in use by an existing account. Each Disney+ account requires a different email, so please try again with a new email.
