To redeem your digital Disney+ Subscription Card:

If you’re the recipient of a digital Disney+ Subscription Card:

  1. Open the email you received
  2. Hit “Redeem your Subscription”
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish redeeming your gift

 

Note: If you’re still experiencing redemption issues:

  1. Copy the redemption code, found at the bottom of the email
  2. Go to disneyplus.com/redeememail
  3. Paste the redemption code in the field on-screen
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish redeeming your gift
