I am getting 'Error Code 31'

If you see the following error:

We’re sorry, but we could not verify your location. Please enable location services and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 31).

This means there is a problem verifying your location. If you are on a mobile device and location services are turned off, please enable location services on and try again.

Location Services on an iPhone or iPad

  1. Tap the Settings application
  2. Tap Privacy
  3. Tap Location Services
  4. Toggle the switch to On
  5. Scroll down to the Disney+ app
  6. Select While Using the App

Location Services on Android

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap Location
  3. Move the slider to On
  4. Tap Mode
  5. Select the mode you prefer: High Accuracy: Delivers the most accurate location information by using GPS, Wi-Fi networks, Bluetooth, and cellular networks to determine your location.
