I am getting 'Error Code 4'
If you see the following error:
We could not complete your purchase request at this time. Please try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 4).
This means we are having issues trying to complete your transaction. Try again after a short period.
Here are some potential causes and solutions:
- Invalid postcode. Verify that the billing postcode for the payment card you are using is correct.
- Invalid security code. Verify that the three-digit security code on the back of your card (or four-digit security code on the front of your card if you have an American Express) matches the one you’re submitting.
- Invalid expiration date. Verify that the expiration date on your card matches the one you’re submitting.
