I am getting 'Error Code 73'

If you see the following error:

Disney+ is only available in certain regions. Depending on where you are located, you may not be able to access Disney+. If you think you are seeing this message in error, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 73). 

This means that Disney+ is not available in your current region, or you are using a VPN. If you are using a VPN you will need to deactivate it to enjoy Disney+ content.

If you are not using a VPN and Disney+ is available in your location, there could be an issue with your Internet service provider, which might be reporting an incorrect location. To verify this, you may want to test on another connection, if available.
