I am getting 'Error Code 32'

If you see the following error:

We're having trouble connecting to your account. Please sign out, and sign in again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 32).

It means we can’t connect to your account, and you’ll need to login again to use Disney+. Please try logging out and logging back in to Disney+. 

 

Forgotten your username or password? Your Disney+ account confirmation email contains your account login details. (You would have received this email at the time you signed up for Disney+.)
