Note: When you’re online, your device downloads many, many files so you can get the experience you expect from the websites and apps you’re using. Some of these files are stored on your device so your experience is seamless. These stored files are your cache. Over time, however, your cache can fill with files that slow performance for a variety of reasons. That’s why it’s a good idea to clear your cache periodically, especially if you’re having trouble using Disney+.
