My Verizon offer isn't working when I redeem. What should I do?

Trouble activating The Disney Bundle or Disney+ through Verizon with a Verizon Unlimited plan:

If you’re trying to activate your subscription to The Disney Bundle or Disney+ through Verizon and you’re receiving an error message that your activation was unsuccessful, try going back to your Verizon account and starting the activation again.


If you already have a subscription to Disney+ through Verizon, you’ll need to activate all services in The Disney Bundle using the same email address that was used for your existing Disney+ account.


If you’re unable to remember the email address used to set up your Disney+ account, please contact Customer Support.

If you’re trying to redeem your code and you’re receiving an error message or are redirected to a billing page, we can help.


If you've received an error after trying to redeem your code, are unsure if your redemption was successful, or you're redirected to a page where you're asked to enter billing details, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.disneyplus.com/account
  2. Enter your email and password, if required
  3. Go to your Account. (It’s in your Profile at the top of your screen.)
    • You should see your Verizon offer 
  4. That’s it.
