I am getting 'Error Code 72'

If you see the following error:

We’re sorry, but we could not find your user profile. Please try signing out and then sign in again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 72).

This means we had a problem with your account. Please log out of Disney+ completely and log in again.
