If you see the following error:
We’re sorry, but we could not verify your account with the information you provided. Please re-enter your account details and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 33).
This means that we could not connect to your account while you were trying to play a video. You will need to log in again to continue to use the service. If you have forgotten your account email, please check your email folder for your account confirmation email at the time of sign up. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it here.
