I am getting 'Error Code 87'

If you see the following error:

We’re sorry, but we could not find your user profile. Please try signing out and then sign in again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 87).

This means we had a problem finding your user profile when you logged in. This could be an internal Disney+ error, or it could be that your profile has just been deleted. Please log out of Disney+ completely and try to log in again.

If this problem continues, please contact Customer Service at one of the channels below for assistance.

Or if you see the following error:

We’re sorry, we could not find your account using the password you provided. Please create a new password. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (Error Code 87).

This means we had a problem with the password you provided. Please enter a new password that meets our password criteria.

Passwords are case sensitive, must be at least six characters in length, and must contain at least one number or one special character.
