I did not receive my verification email or OTP code
If you are being asked to enter a code when you log in but never received a verification email, we have enabled a temporary solution allowing you to log in without the code.
- Web Browser. If you are using a Web Browser, clear your browser cache and cookies and go to www.disneyplus.com, then re-enter your email and password.
- Mobile App. If you are using a Mobile App, close out of the app completely, then re-open and enter your email and password.
