This means we had a problem finding your user profile when you logged in. This could be an internal Disney+ error, or it could be that your profile has just been deleted. Please log out of Disney+ completely and try to log in again.

This means we had a problem with the password you provided. Please enter a new password that meets our password criteria.
Passwords are case-sensitive, must be at least 6 characters in length, and must contain at least 1 number or 1 special character.
