I requested a refund, how long will it take?

If you subscribed directly with Disney+ (via credit card, PayPal, or direct debit such as iDeal or Klarna), once a refund request has been approved through Customer Support, you should see the relevant charges on your credit card reversed within 7 days.

If you subscribed with a third-party billing platform, including the Apple App Store or Google Play store, please refer to the relevant store policies to learn more about the time required to process these requests, or contact the relevant billing platform directly to check on the status of your request.
