I am getting 'Error Code 9'

If you see the following error: 

You are no longer logged in to Disney+. To continue watching, please sign in. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 9).

It means you’ve been logged out of Disney+, and you’ll need to log in again to continue using Disney+.

Forgotten your username or password? Your Disney+ account confirmation email contains your account login details. (You would have received this email at the time you signed up for Disney+.)
