If you see the following error:
We’re sorry, but we could not update your profile with the information you provided. Please re-enter your details and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 3).
It means we’re having problems updating your profile because we can’t find your account. Please make sure you’re using the same email you used to sign up to Disney+. Your Disney+ account confirmation email contains your account login details. (You would have received this email at the time you signed up for Disney+.)
