If you see the following error:
Sorry, we could not connect you to Disney+ using the passcode you supplied. Please re-enter your passcode and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help (Error Code 21).
It means the passcode you provided is either incorrect or has expired. Try resetting your password again from the login screen to receive a new passcode. Please ensure the passcode you are entering matches the most recent passcode sent to your email address. If it has more than 15 minutes since you requested the code, please request a new one.
Note: Passcodes expire after 15 minutes.
If you’ve re-entered your passcode correctly within the 15-minute period, and you still can’t connect, please contact Customer Service. You can reach us via chat, phone, or social media.
