I already have Disney+. How can I take advantage of the Verizon offer?

 

If you’re an annual or multi-year subscriber (and your subscription was purchased from Disney)

Visit the Disney+ offer page at the Verizon website. Simply follow the instructions to enroll in the Disney+ offer and, after enrolling on the Verizon site, you will be directed to the Disney+ site to log in to your Disney+ account to apply the promotional offer. Once you have redeemed the offer, there is nothing additional you need to do. Your existing subscription will be extended by the length of the Verizon promotional period, and you can continue to enjoy Disney+. 

 

If you’re a monthly Disney+ subscriber (and your subscription was purchased from Disney)

If you purchased your monthly Disney+ subscription directly through Disney, visit the Disney+ offer page at the Verizon website. Follow the instructions to enroll in the offer and, after enrolling on the Verizon site, you will be directed to the Disney+ site to log in to your Disney+ account to apply the promotional offer. After redeeming the offer, your monthly subscription purchased through Disney will be cancelled before your next billing date, and you will be able to enjoy Disney+ through your Verizon promotional offer period.

 

If you purchased a Disney+ Bundle 

If you purchased the Disney bundle, you can still take advantage of the Verizon promotional offer. Visit the Disney+ offer page at the Verizon website. Simply follow the instructions to enroll in the Disney+ offer and, after enrolling on the Verizon site, you will be directed to the Disney+ site to log in to your Disney+ account to apply the promotional offer. After you enroll in the Verizon promotional offer, Disney will provide you with a credit towards the price of the Disney bundle in an amount equal to the effective monthly value of the Verizon promotional offer, for as long as you are enrolled in the Verizon promotional offer.

 

If you’re a monthly or annual subscriber (and your subscription was purchased from a third party)

If you purchased your monthly or annual subscription to Disney+ through a third-party such as Apple, Google or Roku, billing is managed directly by those stores, and Disney does not have the ability to make changes to those subscriptions.
