I already purchased Disney+ but now I have access via Canal+, What can I do?
If you signed up on Disney+, please follow the steps below to cancel your existing subscription:
1. Go to www.disneyplus.com and log in
2. Select your Profile
3. Select Account
4. Select your Subscription
5. Select Cancel Subscription
6. Select Complete Cancellation to confirm
