If you see the following error:
We’re sorry, we’re having trouble recognising that passcode. Please request a new one-time passcode. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre.
This can happen if you have made multiple requests for a one-time passcode, and the one you entered is out of sequence. Please wait 15 minutes and request to reset your password from the login screen. Once you receive the new passcode in your email, please enter the passcode in your profile as directed in the message. Passcodes expire after 15 minutes.
