Disney+ may require you to enter a one time passcode to verify your account. This error can happen if you’ve made multiple requests for a one-time passcode, and the one you entered is out of sequence.
Please wait 15 minutes and ask to reset your password from the login screen.
Once you receive the new passcode in your email, please enter the passcode in your profile as directed in the message.
Note: Passcodes expire after 15 minutes.
